REQUIREMENTS:Proficiency in English and AfrikaansCode B drivers licence and own transportImmediately availableGrade 12 and Proven qualification and/or certificates in Stores will be a distinct advantage.5-7 Years' stock control experience with contactable referencesRelevant industry experience motor vehicle spares, machinery sparesProficiency in MS OfficeSKILLS, EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES:Receiving Goods: Accurately receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying the quantity and quality of materials against purchase orders and delivery notes.Storage Management: Organize and store materials in designated locations, ensuring proper labeling and easy accessibility.Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory records using our warehouse management system.
Conduct regular stock counts and audits to ensure inventory accuracy.Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to internal and external customers.Safety and Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.Maintenance: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards.
