Join us to kick-start your career in the construction machinery industry and gain valuable hands-on experience in in-store management.ResponsibilitiesInventory Control:Learn and contribute to the organization and control of the inventory.Assist in maintaining accurate records of stock levels and movements.Receiving and Dispatch:Gain exposure to the receiving and dispatch of goods.Work alongside experienced team members to ensure accurate and timely processing of orders.Stock Replenishment:Assist in monitoring stock levels and contributing to stock replenishment processes.Learn to coordinate with different departments to fulfill material requests.Documentation and Record Keeping:Learn to maintain accurate records of stock transactions and movements.Contribute to the organization of documentation related to stock management.Collaboration with Teams:Work closely with different departments to understand material and equipment requirements.Contribute to effective communication regarding stock availability and orders.Learning and Development:Pursue continuous learning in store management processes and procedures.Attend training sessions to enhance skills related to inventory control.Preferred Skills:A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow.Basic understanding of inventory management.Participation in relevant coursework or training programs.Requirements Grade 12.South African unemployed youth aged between 18 and 34.Must not have taken part in the YES Program before.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Proficient in basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, inventory software, etc.).Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
