Job DescriptionWe are looking for a dynamic energetic individual to join our Cape Town team as a Storeman / Driver.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities: Manage all stock into and out of warehouse Manage ordering of low stock Coordinate and plan all factory and site deliveries (with PM) Perform quarterly stocktakes Manage team tools and vehicles Manage factory tools and vehicles Manage branch tool and vehicle checks Assist and process any adhoc procurement requirements that may come up Management of damaged parts returned to factory Ensuring parts for new projects are ordered timeously for each branch (tog, forklift etc, after go ahead is received from PM). Authorities: To decide on adequate stock levels for your branch Accountabilities: Responsible for the smooth and efficient functioning of storeman processes and their improvement. To ensure all tool and vehicle checks are done correctly and on time. To ensure deliveries and construction handovers happen timeously and with little interruption and delay Ensuring stock variations at your branch are 2% or less for each count Ensuring parts are handed over to the correct team in a timeous manner to avoid delays with customer Qualifications

Requirements

Matric

Valid drivers license (min 3 years)

Forklift license (min 3 years)

Supply chain experience an advantage

Stock management experience essential

Own transport

Must be able to conduct a stock take from start to finish

Good medical condition
