Store & Warehouse Manager - Fmcg

In this role, you will oversee all aspects of store and warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in inventory management, customer service, and team leadership. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of operational excellence while driving sales and optimizing resource allocation.
Responsibilities
Manage store and warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and distribution of productsEnsure compliance with all safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for all staffDevelop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivityAnalyze and manage inventory levels, ensuring optimum stock levels are maintainedLead, train, and motivate a team of store and warehouse staff, driving performance and continual improvementCollaborate with sales and marketing teams to align warehouse operations with business goalsMonitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse operations and customer serviceRequirements
Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field5+ years of experience in store and warehouse management, particularly in the FMCG industryStrong understanding of inventory management principles and warehouse best practicesExcellent leadership and people management skillsAbility to use warehouse management software and MS Office applications proficientlyStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsBenefits
