Store Supervisor (Restaurant) - Emalahleni

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and customer focused individual to join their team as a store supervisor in their restaurant .
As a Supervisor you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the store operations.
Responsibilities Opening and closing of the store Managing the overall operations and activities of each department Ensuring staff and guests follow all set policies and procedures Resolving conflict or complaints from guests and employees determining optimal solutions Monitor and maintain stock inventory Complete and accurate reporting Ensuring cash ups are done correctly and submitted daily Ensuring all documents and reports are ready for cash collection Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring employees provides the same level of standards Ensuring that the interior and exterior of the store is maintained to Company standards Co ordinate and execute functions such as sales, birthday parties and corporate events.
Communicate and execute all marketing programs Monitor loss prevention Managing HR admin Shift scheduling Motivation of employees Maintaining up to date knowledge of our packages, pricing and special offers Meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets and booking quotas Requirements Previous experience in a guest service or retail role is compulsory Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities Ability to multi task and prioritize tasks effectively Proficient in MS office Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment Availability to work weekend and holidays as required.
