Store Specialist Beauty ( Lancome)

To deliver exceptional customer service and maximize sales through accurate stock management and a wealth of specialist product knowledge in Beauty.
Key Responsibilities:Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.Ensure that sales in Beauty are in line with agreed targets by providing solutions and alternatives to customers on options, products, and services.Monitor, control, and display stock and related ticketing with relevant reports to ensure availability and maximum selling opportunities.Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and policy understanding to enable high service and operational standards.Uphold shop-keeping standards in terms of hygiene and safety to ensure a neatly organized department.Process till transactions efficiently and effectively.Execute all shrinkage related tasks to contribute to minimum losses.Maintain high standards of self-discipline in relation to dress code, personal hygiene, time-keeping, and attendance.Participate and contribute in all team-related tasks and activities.Minimum Requirements:Grade 12 or equivalent NQF Level.Relevant tertiary qualification advantageous.Available and flexible to work different shifts.Relevant experience in a Beauty selling environment advantageous.Please note, if you have not received a written response from us on your application within 6 weeks of the closing date, your application was unsuccessful.
