Our projects are a testament to quality craftsmanship, innovation, and attention to detail.Key Responsibilities:• Materials Management: Oversee the receiving, storage, and issuance of materials for multiple construction projects, ensuring materials are properly tracked and readily available.• Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular stock checks, and ensure that stock levels are aligned with project requirements.• Procurement Support: Work closely with the procurement team to order materials, track deliveries, and ensure materials arrive on time and in good condition.• Site Coordination: Ensure that materials are delivered to the correct construction sites in a timely manner, coordinating with project managers and site supervisors to meet project deadlines.• Cost Tracking: Monitor and control the consumption of materials to ensure projects stay within budget, reporting any discrepancies or potential overages.• Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure materials are stored and handled in compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.• Supplier Liaison: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring competitive pricing and high-quality materials are sourced for each project.• Documentation & Reporting: Keep accurate records of material orders, deliveries, stock levels, and material usage for each project, providing regular reports to the project and procurement teams.What We're Looking For:• Experience: 3-5 years' experience in a materials management or storekeeping role within the construction industry.• Knowledge: Strong understanding of building materials, construction processes, and procurement procedures.• Organizational Skills: Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and materials simultaneously.• Technical Skills: Experience using inventory management software or ERP systems, and a good understanding of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with suppliers, site teams, and project managers.• Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to material shortages, delays, or other supply chain challenges.• Team Player: A collaborative attitude with the ability to work well with various teams to meet project requirements and deadlines.• Health & Safety Awareness: Knowledge of relevant health and safety guidelines related to material handling and storage.Why Join Us?• Exciting Projects: Be part of high-profile residential and commercial developments that showcase excellence in construction.• Supportive Work Environment: Work alongside experienced and dedicated professionals in a collaborative and team-oriented culture.• Career Growth: Opportunities for advancement within a well-established and growing company.• Competitive Compensation: A competitive salary and benefits package, based on experience and qualifications.If you're ready to play a key role in the successful execution of top-tier construction projects and have the expertise to manage materials and supplies efficiently, we'd love to hear from you!To Apply:Please send your CV and a cover letter to ****** outlining your relevant experience and why you're a great fit for this position.
