Responsibilities: Stockroom and Administration Ensure all sales and returns are processed according to policy and procedure.
Ensure cash up, banking and manual invoices are processed and concluded timeously according to standard.
Ensure all admin documentation is stored and sent to HO accordingly.
All expenses are kept to a minimum and managed within budget.
Ensure accurate receiving, grading and labelling of all stock.
Ensure effective storage, timeous correct replenishment and merchandising of stock in all areas.
Ensure effective identification, reporting and management of all faulty stock.
Ensure back areas are always neat and tidy.
Receiving and Dispatching Orders: Ensure receiving and dispatching policy and procedures are always followed and enforced.
Admin & Dispute of Orders Liaison with Suppliers Ensure all order discrepancies are reported to the supplier, escalated to HO immediately and resolved within 24hrs latest.
Ensure all discrepancies are clearly indicated on the relevant paperwork.
Ensure a follow up email of all discrepancies is sent immediately to all parties.
Labelling and Merchandising of Stock & Housekeeping Ensure all products are labelled accurately, correctly stored in vaults at the back area according to policy and procedure.
Ensure effective storage, timeous correct replenishment and merchandising of stock in all areas.
Ensure all back areas are always neat and tidy.
Store & Website Sales Orders fulfilment Ensure all sales orders and returns are processed according to policy and procedure.
Ensure all 3rd party (e.g.Couriers) documentation are completed correctly and timeously Customer Service Always ensure Optimal Floor coverage for all critical customer touch points making sure all customers are attended to timeously.
Duty manager relieving of Manager in his/her absence assuming their role when manager on duty.
Ensure all customer, store stock and trade-ins are assessed, booked in, tracked, always processed and managed according to standard.
Ensure the Store is always clean, neat and tidy.
Ensure merchandising, housekeeping and fabs are always 100% providing a superior customer experience.
Ensure reporting and escalation of any issues identified that are barriers to delivering high levels of customer service.
Educational Requirements: Matric/Grade 12 Work Experience: 2 to 3 years' experience having worked within a store supervisory environment within IT retail MS Office, Excel, Outlook and Enterprise Inventory systems Key Competencies and Skills: Supervisory skills Attention to detail Planning and prioritizing skills Interpersonal skills Ability to multitask Resilience, Drive and energy Customer orientated Store Keeping/Procurement jobs
