The Branch Manager oversees the daily operations of the branch, focusing on improving customer service, driving sales, increasing profitability, and growing the customer base.
This role involves creating effective strategies, implementing store policies, and launching marketing initiatives to achieve these goals.

Key responsibilities include: Ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing complaints promptly.Maintaining efficient service.Ensuring that products and displays are well-merchandised to maximize sales and profitability.Budgeting, accounting, and finance.Retail management, pricing, and strategic planning.Learning and development (staffing).Building client relationships and resolving complaints effectively.Vendor relationships, market knowledge, and multitasking.RequirementsSenior certificate (NQF4) or the equivalent.

Certificate/Diploma/Degree in business field would be advantageous.

Valid code B driver's license and own transport (would be advantageous).

Passed credit and criminal checks.

S.A.
Citizen or valid work permit for S.A.

3-5 years' industry or job related experience.

At least 3 years mid management experience.
