Store Manager

Oversee daily operations of the retail store to ensure efficiency, meet sales and profitability targets, and maintain quality and customer satisfaction.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement strategic plans for daily operations and inventory management.Build relationships with customers to understand their needs and ensure product availability.Set pricing strategies and analyze sales trends while ensuring a safe and clean shopping environment.Foster strong customer relationships, address issues effectively, and report on customer feedback.Ensure performance agreements are in place for all staff, conduct performance appraisals, and support employee training and development.Assist in budget preparation and management, monitor spending, and identify cost-saving opportunities.QualificationsMinimum: Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, or Marketing (NQF 6)Advantageous: Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or Marketing (NQF 7)ExperienceMinimum: 5 years in Retail Sales or Marketing, including up to 3 years in a supervisory role.SkillsProficient in MS Office and relevant software.Strong problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills.Excellent communication and customer-focused approach.
