Position: Store ManagerDivision: Operations – Studio 88Location: Standerton- MpumalangaPosition Overview:As a Store Manager at Studio 88 Group of Companies, you will play a pivotal role in the success of the retail store by effectively managing day-to-day operations, driving sales, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales assistants, maintaining store standards, and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.Minimum Qualifications:Grade 12 or equivalent.Experience required:3-5 years in a sales environment.Prior experience in a supervisory or management role is essential.Managing stock, tracking stock, and implementing control measures to minimize stock losses.Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.Management of staff reporting to you.Skills required:Strong customer service skills.Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with customers, staff, and management.Possessing a deep understanding of product knowledge (Clothing brands, Apparel, and accessories) will be advantageous.Well-spoken in English.Good interpersonal skills.Time Management: Effective handle multiple tasks, including staffing, stock, and administrative duties.Knowledge of visual merchandising techniques to create appealing store displays and floor layouts that maximize sales potential.Customer Relationship Management: Experience in building and maintaining customer relationships to encourage repeated sales.Behavioural Dimensions:Professional, confident, positive attitude.Responsible.Punctual.Ability to work in a team.Self-motivated.Ability to work under pressure.
