Responsibilities:

Deliver commercial growth and develop a team culture centered on customer focus.
Have overall responsibility for the running of the store.
Focus on enhancing customer experience and colleague development.
Develop a team of colleagues who embody our customer promise.
Coach, train, and develop colleagues, harnessing their strengths and addressing development areas.
Be proactive in recruiting Assistant Managers, Team Leaders, and Sales Assistants that align with our values and behaviors.
Make informed commercial decisions regarding stock availability and merchandising.
Engage with key stakeholders to gain a comprehensive understanding of the business.
Provide constructive feedback to the store team, District and Regional Managers regarding store performance and growth opportunities.
Celebrate our customers' life moments passionately.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a store manager within a retail environment.
Experience in leading and developing a team of colleagues.
Prepared to work towards KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
