Summary of the Position
The ideal candidate is a dynamic individual who will fill the role of Store Manager, responsible for providing exemplary customer service through product showcasing and overseeing staff operations. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Scheduling and delegating tasks to employees
Monitoring employee performance
Ensuring efficient store operations
Maintaining accurate bank balances
Conducting cash-ups
Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports
Establishing strong customer relationships
Enforcing company policies and procedures
Addressing customer concerns both in-store and telephonically
Fostering collaboration with various departments within the group

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

5 years of previous retail management experience will be advantageous
Proficient experience in MS Office is essential
Sage Evolution experience will be advantageous

Grade 12/Matric
