Store Manager for Incanda Summary of the Position The ideal candidate is a dynamic individual who will fill the role of Store Manager, responsible for providing exemplary customer service through product showcasing and overseeing staff operations. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Scheduling and delegating tasks to employees Monitoring employee performance Ensuring efficient store operations Maintaining accurate bank balances Conducting cash-ups Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports Establishing strong customer relationships Enforcing company policies and procedures Addressing customer concerns both in-store and telephonically Fostering collaboration with various departments within the group COMPETENCIES: Proficiency in verbal and written communication Excellent team player with a high level of integrity and a passion for team success Ability to negotiate Detail-oriented Ability to manage time and prioritize Active listening ability High achiever/results-driven Ability to multitask Ability to make decisions Confident Ability to work under pressure Ability to work independently Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS: 5 years of previous retail management experience will be advantageous Proficient experience in MS Office is essential Sage Evolution experience will be advantageous EDUCATION REQUIRED: Grade 12/Matric Salary: Market related
