DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- Achieve Targets/Budgets through Driving of Sales and Insure Business Growth and Profitability- Financial & Cash Management, Insure Profitability and General Administration- Securing full compliance in all aspects of the daily store operations- Minimizing the risk in all departments of the store - Shrinkage & Security- Staff Management Lead, supervise and performance Management.- Staff Development & HR- Staff Scheduling- Daily and weekly updates on main KPIs and Reporting to National Managers- Stock Management Replenishment, Rotation, Category Management and Administration- Cold Chain Management- Food Safety & Hygiene- Ensure that all Legal Certificates are up to date and available in store (FAS, COC)- All Sectoral Determination Documents, related to your store, updated and visible at all times (W&R, Basic Cond. of Employment, OHS and all other related acts as required by law)- Implementation of Production Plans- Effective implementation of new strategies/initiatives- Promote Sea Harvest brand optimally.- Optimise store operations and evaluate store layout.- Relevant approvals to be done.- Ensure that IT systems are utilised correctly.- Implementation / Maintenance of, Adherence to, and Training on all Standard Operating Procedures- Customer Service- Consistent Increasing of Customer BaseREQUIREMENTS, SKILLS and COMPETENCIES:- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.- Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook)- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude.- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.- Grade 12- Tertiary Retail / Business Management qualification would be an advantage.- Sound Wholesale and/or Retail Background- Good process and product knowledge- Be Pro-Active and customer services orientated.- Self-motivated- Team Player with excellent leadership skills- Attention to detail is imperative.- Will be submitted to Pre-Placement Analysis, before employment and before any promotion, as well as Regular, Random Integrity Screening- Required that you pass Basic Seafood assessment within 6 months after appointment and before any permanent contract will be considered.
