Position: Store Manager
Division: Operations – Studio 88
Location: Centurion- Gauteng
Position Overview: As a Store Manager at Studio 88 Group of Companies, you will play a pivotal role in the success of the retail store by effectively managing day-to-day operations, driving sales, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
You will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales assistants, maintaining store standards, and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
Minimum Qualifications: Grade 12 or equivalent.
Experience required: 3-5 years in a sales environment.Prior experience in a supervisory or management role is essential.Managing stock, tracking stock, and implementing control measures to minimize stock losses.Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.Management of staff reporting to you.Skills required: Strong customer service skills.Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with customers, staff, and management.Possessing a deep understanding of product knowledge (Clothing brands, Apparel, and accessories) will be advantageous.Well-spoken in English.Good interpersonal skills.Time Management: Effective handling of multiple tasks, including staffing, stock, and administrative duties.Knowledge of visual merchandising techniques to create appealing store displays and floor layouts that maximize sales potential.Experience in building and maintaining customer relationships to encourage repeated sales.Behavioural Dimensions: Professional, confident, positive attitude.Responsible.Punctual.Ability to work in a team.Self-motivated.Ability to work under pressure.
