The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a store, making sure it runs smoothly and effectively.
Their duties include motivating sales teams, creating business (store specific) strategies, implementing promotional material, managing controllable expenses and training new staff.
Also providing customers with a pleasant shopping experience through product knowledge, stock availability, excellent housekeeping, latest fashion trends, and minimising stock losses
