Regular appraisals, maintaining high store standards, and fostering team development will also be key aspects of your role.The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate their experience in the world of optometry. You will ideally be able to demonstrate the industry qualifications for working in this space, whilst driving the success of the store and developing a team. This is a distinct advantage for the successful candidate.The basic salary is up to £60,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
