Job Description

The Store Manager is responsible for every aspect of the day-to-day operation, such as supervision of issue items, staff, stock and resources management.
The Store Manager gives operational support to F&B production kitchens in meeting all divisional targets and objectives with a view to maximize operation satisfaction as well as protecting all assets of the hotel.

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:
Previous 5-star hotel experience is an advantageExcellent written & verbal communication skillsStrong organizational skillsAt least 3 years of experience in the same capacityKnowledge in any materials control systems (for example Check EAM, Check SCM, MC System) is preferable.
