Job DescriptionOutback Stores is seeking management couples to join our Outback store management team! This is a remote position, located in one of our remote communities across Australia.
As a Store Managment couple, you will be able to work together, directly share your knowledge, collaborate with community members and enjoy some of the most remote parts of Australia.

Minimum of 3 years of retail and fast-moving consumer goods experience in a supermarket retail environment.Experience in mentoring, training, and leading a diverse team.Knowledge of rostering and staff allocation.Demonstrated experience in budget and financial management, including wage control, inventory, and stock control.Sound customer service and relationship building skills.Strong computer literacy, with the ability to learn new software.Outback Stores offers an experience like no other and the opportunity to make a positive difference in remote communities of Australia.
