Clicks is on the hunt for a Store Development Project Coordinator to assist with fitting out/supplying non-saleable goods and services for the opening, refurbishing & closing of Clicks & The Body Shop stores.Responsibilities:Notify contractors & service suppliers of new, refurbishment, and closing of stores.Allocate cost centre on control list.Generate proposed rosters for approval and distribute to relevant parties in the business.Draft and distribute project plan.Set up store in SAP system.Assist with ensuring that new stores are prepared for merchandising and operation.Regular (remote process) inspections of all projects to ensure high standard of workmanship.Communicate and liaise with the Project team and subcontractors on all matters pertaining to the designated responsibility.Ensure that all relevant policies, procedures, and systems are implemented.Assist with administration and compilation of budget proposals.Obtain quotes, follow up and deal with queries relating to agreements and contracts.General procurement and project administration.Ensure co-operation, liaison, and joint development of all relevant Policies and Procedures with management and Health & Safety Representatives, Quality Assurance Managers, and relevant subcontractors (e.g. Security).Minimum Requirements:Experienced in SAP financial system.Skills, Abilities, and Job Related Knowledge:Good organisational, initiative, and problem-solving skills.Basic accounting and finance skills.Analytical skills and attention to detail.Sound interpersonal skills.Ability to negotiate, reason, and determine ideas.Ability to correctly determine the company's needs.Ability to use own initiative and operate with no management support when required.Ability to deliver high quality and proactive service to internal and external customers.Ability to effectively manage processes and projects.Influencing and persuasion.Conflict resolution.Must be self-motivated and team-oriented.Must be approachable.Must be able to work under pressure and independently.Kindly note only applicants who meet the minimum requirements will be contacted.All positions will be filled in accordance with our Employment Equity plan.
