In larger firms, some information about the department the role sits within would be helpful.Responsibilities:To maintain the staff scheduleSupervise employees, manage inventory, and ensure that customers are satisfied.Overseeing the sales of the store, tracking profits, and working the products or sales counter when necessary.Set store-wide goals and ensure your staff is meeting them.Hire and train staff and monitor their performance.Requirements:Matric.South African unemployed youth aged between 18 and 34.Must not have taken part in the YES Program before.Proactive in-store planning skills.Self-motivated leadership.Interpersonal communication skills.Strong sales abilities.Customer service skills.
