Job Description We are looking for an experienced Admin Manager with excellent planning and organisational skills. This person is detail orientated and passionate about controlling expenses and managing risk. The incumbent will also be responsible for planning and scheduling staff as well as some Recruitment, IR, Training and Performance Management.
Key Responsibilities Day-to-day running of the storeConducting daily, weekly and monthly admin checksMake sure that staff adhere to the policies and proceduresUpdate the Administration manual with any procedural releasesDo follow ups on Daily Management ReportsUpdate notice boardsConduct and Supervise hanger countsConducting regular spot checks at the service deskConduct spot checks at the fitting roomStaff planningBlue cube scheduling and over ridesClosing the pay period on blueControlling expensesEnsuring that staff works in a healthy and safe environmentStaff trainingDriving promotions in the storeAlarm testFire evacuation drillsRefuse checkingDaily meetings with staffConducting PDD with staffRecruiting weekly flexi timersImplementing IR disciplineappraisals
Qualifications and Experience Experience / Knowledge:3-5 years' experience in a similar rolePrevious store management experienceComputer literacy and excellent admin skillsNumerical and analytical skillsPerformance management and IR skillsGood knowledge of MBP and fashion focusedGood interviewing, recruitment and training skills
