MAIN JOB PURPOSE To manage the administrative function in stores in Finance and HR thereby ensuring correct processes to minimise risk and increase profitability KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Manage payroll to optimize productivity and control wage costManage general HR administration to ensure data integrity and accurate record retention Manage cash activities to ensure controlled cash handling environment Manage Financial (expense) and general administration for reconciliation and retention purposes Ensure maintenance of all Systems, Methods and Procedures (SMPs) Review the actioning of key financial controls and admin processes in commercial areas to prevent losses
Continuously improve (add value) to efficiency of systems / procedures / controls across all
store areas to affect profitabilityCommercial management function during peak periods, late trading and weekends
