This exciting leader of global financial services is looking to hire a Head of Client Success to lead and enhance the European client division.
Key Responsibilities: Leadership and Team Management
Lead a team of 10+ Client Service Managers and Executives, conducting performance reviews, setting targets, and implementing incentives aligned with client and business goals.Collaborate with senior leadership to define and implement strategies for client service, supporting organizational growth.Oversee team hiring, training, and development, promoting a culture of client excellence and continuous improvement.Client Relationship Management and Growth
Manage relationships with a diverse client base, ensuring proactive engagement and consistent service quality.Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, understanding each client's goals and needs to deliver customized solutions.Conduct regular account reviews and identify growth opportunities aligned with market trends and client data.Process Optimization and Problem Resolution
