Senior Stockbroking Operations profile sought to join a successful team. Great opportunity to work closely with the Chief Operating Officer of this team in an exciting phase. Ideal candidate is someone with a data analyst or business analyst background within stockbroking or investments and is passionate about automation, data analytics and digitisation. Responsibilities: Automation of processes and business analysis working with internal stakeholders Project lead on testing and implementation of new solutions Perform analytics, interpret data, co-ordinate metrics for senior management Collaboration with technology teams and business stakeholders Root cause analysis of process breaches System and user testing Document and develop business processes Requirements: Minimum of a completed degree BComm / BBusSci / BCompt or similar Completed or open to doing JSE and RPE exams as required for this role Minimum of 5 years' experience in a stockbroking environment or similar asset management team Must have experience and solid understanding of financial instruments and financial markets Experience in data management and good experience working with databases Ability to work on and natural aptitude for working on systems and tools such as Advanced Excel, exchange systems, BDA, Mecras, Nutron and Swordfish, Filezilla or similar High attention to detail and analytical Tech savvy with a keen interest in automation tools and digital technologies Accountability and ability to be flexible and take ownership Highly accurate with excellent organisational and time management skills Ability to work well under pressure Goal driven with flexibility to work extra hours as required This is an Employment Equity designated opportunity, in line with our clients EE requirements.
