Stock File | Creditors Clerk

Essential Health Pharmacy Group is recruiting for a Stock File | Creditors Clerk to join our dynamic ordering team. This position is based at our Head Office in Brackenfell.
Duties and Responsibilities: Process credit returns from branches;Attend to the enquiries regarding credits, credit notes, and invoices from the branches;Reconciliation of branches with statements for the Finance Department;Attend to the enquiries regarding accounts or payments for the branches;Resolution of the recon items, including the investigations thereof and any other issues that may arise;Assist others in the department if needed with orders and other ad hoc duties.Skills required: Computer skills, intermediate to advanced Excel;Ability to work independently as well as in a team;Above average numerical ability;Customer relations;Ability to work under pressure.Preferred: Experience within a retail business environment;Creditors experience.Qualifications required: A National Diploma in accounting or similar.Competencies: Rule Orientation | Adhering to Principles and Values;Customer orientated and Collaboration;Problem Solving;Planning and Organising;Stress Tolerance;Analytical Ability;Action Orientation.If you are interested, please forward your CV and qualification to ****** marked for Nancy's attention.
