Stock Controller - Spare Parts

Requirements:

matric + any tertiary qualifications in stock management
8 -10 years of experience working with vehicle stock and spare parts stock management
Able to work independently with minimum supervision
Experience working in a multicultural environment.
Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate with staff with a limited level of English
willing to work long works as and when required specially during stocktake / audits

Responsibilities:
Approx management of 10-30k stock line items
Daily, weekly, and monthly stock control, management, and counts
Dealing with dealers and sales staff about stock
stock monitoring and ensure accurate stock counts are recorded
Capturing purchase orders and invoices
Ensuring stock sheets are updated regularly to reflect actual stock
Handle all queries and resolve problems
Compile reports
