In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining an organised, secure inventory by receiving and inspecting deliveries, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and preparing reports on stock levels. You will implement strategies to prevent damage or loss of materials and ensure that inventory is easily accessible for project teams. Your commitment to safety and regulatory compliance will ensure that materials are stored properly, contributing to a safe work environment. Strong collaboration skills are essential, as you will work closely with project teams to meet material needs promptly and efficiently. A Matric qualification and at least 4 years experience as a Yard Stock Controller within the construction / related industries is essential. A forklift license will be advantageous.
