STOCK CONTROL Daily / Weekly / Monthly stock takes on raw materials Making sure that items are correct on Quickbooks When substituting (out of stock items) change design and keep track of changes Keep Stock of items in Storage Unit (own transport and a valid drivers license a plus - storage unit is situated 1km from factory) Monthly stock takes on Finished Goods ADMINISTRATION Calculating average monthly usage of raw materials Daily Capturing of Production Typing of Invoices Create Suggested Orders to suppliers in China / Brazil / India etc. to be signed off by MD Receive stock and bring into system Place packaging / production material orders with local suppliers REQUIREMENTS: Must be a team player with Strong IT Skills (MS Word, MS Excel) Quickbooks Preferable but working with BILL OF MATERIALS essential and non-negotiable Will report directly to MD and work closely with production team
