Stock Controller

Reference: 9319 CM Consultant: ChristaMostertJob Description:Pulling stock into the ERP system.Trouble shoot and resolve file issues.Create stock manually in case of EDI file issues.Create stock manually for outside organisations not using an ERP system that creates useable files.Confirm Stock in port.Follow-up, confirm and correct discrepancies.Communicate with packhouses and Cold Store in relation to stock issues.Rebuild and breakdowns of pallets in the ERP system.Recon between farm pallets and exporter pallets.Confirm sales orders against Mates (MT files).Data integrity checks. Correct erroneous data.Manage the final allocation of pallets packed for outside organisations.Recon PPECB invoiced pallets against exported pallets.Trace pallets for packhouse auditsAllocate local and juice orders.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in logistics, business administration or related field.Minimum 3-4 years' experience in the fruit industry in stock or logistics.Working experience on an ERP system.Ability to work well under pressure.Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel).Good communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent problem-solving skillsAttention to detail and deadline drivenHow to Apply:Email your comprehensive CV to******.If you are already registered, please forward your CV and the relevant reference number to the consultant with whom you are currently registered in order to avoid duplicity on our system.We reserve the right to only conduct interviews with candidates of choice.Applicants who have not received feedback within 30 days from the closing date must please accept their application as unsuccessful.
