Description Our client in the Automotive / Dealership industry, based in Uitenhage (30 kms from Port Elizabeth), is currently looking to employ an experienced Stock Controller. 3 years' experience working in Automotive environment secures. An exciting career opportunity awaits you! Requirements: Driver's License required. Matric qualification required. Minimum 3 years' experience working in Automotive environment.Computer literate – Word, Excel & Outlook.Multi-tasking and Time Management skills.Team player. Automate / Evolve experienceAttention to detail.Responsibilities, but not limited to: To ensure stock takes are done weekly in accordance with the company policy.To ensure that all deal files are properly filed, and all paperwork is in the file.To ensure that all invoicing is done according to company policy & procedure.To notify of any stock irregularities.To work with the Sales Manager and advise him of his stock holding & ageing thereof.To be aware of all daily stock movement, and location of all company vehicles i.e. outwork.Checking in of all vehicles that arrive.Journals at month end.Settlement payment request.Vehicle purchase payment request.Assist with floorplan audit.Natis control – used vehicles.Spare key & manual, arial, lighter & iPod cable control.Assisting with client queries.Assisting with general admin if required.Requesting of Natis documents at relevant banks for trade ins.Reporting of pre-invoicing.Reporting of credit notes.Regulating balance between QC & Evolve stock.Regulate orders requested per vehicle.Assisting new vehicle manger with new vehicle buy outs.Assisting with internal stock audit.Assisting manager with stock ordering.Regulating vehicles given out on loan – loan forms.Sorting out of speeding fines.Ordering of number plates.Submitting of all new vehicle arrivals for pdi.Processing of all sublet orders according to invoice and regulate price differences.Assist sales managers & accountant with general queries.Assist sales executives with general queries when needed.Kindly be advised that should you not receive a response within two weeks of applying, please consider your application unsuccessful.
