Stock Controller

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (not Limited To)Coordinating stock control operations with Warehouse Staff as well as the sales and finance departments.Stock adjustments in conjunction with Warehouse Manager and operations.Maintaining disassembly warehouse and completions.Request to replenish expired stock returned to supplier.Tracking shipments and coordinating internal stock transfers, as well as resolving delays.Overseeing stock storage processes, including tagging, boxing and labelling.Maintaining a steady flow of stock from bulk to where it is needed.Performing daily inventory counts and finalize each count by close of business.Maintaining and updating daily courier schedules.Assisting with customer verification of orders, collections, deliveries and couriers.Stock counts of the whole warehouse will be counted in 90 days (3 months).Assist in all departments (checking, couriers, credits).Stock count report on excel to be handed in to Warehouse Manager.Security - ensuring procedures are followed and overseeing receiving of shipments and dispatching of orders.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (no Exceptions)Grade 12 / Matric / Equivalent 'N' qualification.Personal AttributesComputer literate (Office & Outlook - only basic knowledge required).Well spoken, fluent in English and at least 1 other official South African language.Take pride in personal appearance.Trustworthy & Honest.Goal oriented.Attention to detail & active listening skills.Customer service skills.Organization & time management skills.Self-motivated.Enjoy working and interacting with people.Able to work independently as well as part of a team.Able to work under pressure.Willing and able to work after hours and during weekends, as and when required.Familiar with inventory management systems.Previous stock control experience.Desired SkillsStock Control.Inventory Control.Warehouse materials.Monitoring Stock Level.Warehouse Administration.Stock Administration.Monitor stock level.Stock Management.Stock preparation.Warehouse operations.
