Core Purpose The main purpose of the Stock Controller is to ensure administrative controls relating to all stock received at MANCOSA.
Core Function Report on all stock related issuesCompile close to expiry date reportMonitor and verify all stock related transactionsPerform stock counts as per indicationCoordinate all stock movements (receiving, dispatching and stock on hand)Adhere to stock functions in accordance with the policyAssist with quarterly financial stock countsPerform administrative functionsAssist with ad-hoc tasks/requestsQualificationsMatric or equivalentTertiary qualification in Logistics and Supply Chain - advantageousExperience and SkillsMicrosoft Word (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Outlook)Time ManagementMin 2 years in working with stock Control
