The factory is in a secure business park in the South Peninsula in Cape Town.Job ObjectivesPerform weekly and month-end stock counts, capturing and reporting.Perform accurate, timely stock counts to ensure all stock items are stored correctly and easily identified.Ensure that accurate records of all stock counting, stock adjustments, stock management, and related transactions are obtained, captured, and filed.Monitor that stock ordered is received, checked, and documented.Capture finished products daily and reconcile physical stock movement with the system.Perform adjustments for short-dated, expired, and damaged products.Investigate and resolve inconsistencies with inventory items.Perform administrative tasks requested by your Manager.Meet targets and stipulated cut-off times.Job Knowledge & SkillsWarehousing and distribution industry knowledgeStrong numerical literacyLogical and analytical skillsAbility to work in a teamAble to focus under pressureResults-orientedRelevant tertiary qualification2–5 years' experience in Food Manufacturing IndustryDriver's license and own vehicle essentialCompany OfferingGross annual salary R216 000–R240 000 (depending on experience)Company Provident FundYou will spend time on the factory floor, wearing protective clothing as per food safety requirements, as well as being office-based.Company CultureCaring is the central company value on our business journey.
