Stock Administrator:
Job Summary
The primary function of the Stock Administrator is to provide administrative support to the business in terms of stock management services.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Ensure that all accessory stock is ordered weekly in conjunction with operational sales requirements from Branch Managers and Sales Manager.
Ensure the tracking of stock delivered to each store, based on stock ordered, invoices, and delivery notes.
Ensure that all extra orders in terms of additional stock requirements are processed and approved.
Ensure that all stock transfers are done according to standard operating procedures and communicate these transfers with the necessary Branch Managers.
Ensure that the minimum stock is present in all stores.
Ensure that return stock is captured correctly and that credits are processed and tracked.
Ensure all stock for Accessories is ordered timeously.
Deal with accessory stock-related queries from Stores and Head Office.
Ensure that accessory stock adjustments and transfers done by stores are valid and are monitored weekly.
Ensure that all damaged stock is monitored and actual damages are reported.
Keep stock losses to a minimum.
Provide a support role to Branch Managers in terms of stock-related concerns and queries.

Reporting:

Generate daily SOH report.
Consolidate monthly stock recons based on stores' stock take information.
Conduct weekly/monthly stock takes with stores on accessories, handsets, sim cards.
Generate Accessories Recon, based on orders and stock sold.

Salary: R Basic
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Experience:

Warehouse: 1 year (Preferred)
