Stock Controller

We are looking for a strong Stock Administrator to join a dynamic company adding value to their team. You will deal with Customers, upload products on EXCELL and managing stock sheets.

Recording and transferring stock to the right locationsBooking stock onto the computer systemUpload stock on websiteWork closely with Marketing departmentLiaise with Management to ensure accuracy of received and despatched loads and amend/rework accordinglyReports - stock managementReconciling purchase orders, packaging lists and purchase invoices and taking the appropriate actions when discrepancies are foundInventory catalogue and supply chain flowUpdate of stock levelsWaybill number checkLiaising with Marketing department to ensure new stock lines are listed on company on-line web sitesGenerate inspection lists for the booking-in of stock and ensure all stock is properly counted inManage the booking in Diary and liaise with suppliers regarding late deliveriesDealing with suppliers/customers Ability to work with a team and with clients - strong communication skillsThis role is ideal if you enjoy responsibility, growing in your skillset, having the ability to add value to a very busy team.
