Key Responsibilities JOB DESCRIPTION Perform all stock tracking and claims activities as requiredPrepare all trading stock information as and when requestedDocument and record all stock reconciliations for audit purposesInvestigate and resolve all queries and exceptions for stock reconciliationsInvestigate and resolve all stock claimsPerform all burglary processes and calculationsProcess the monthly reconciliations of purchases for Namibia, Swaziland and Botswana stores and end on hand balances extracted at year-endProcess and post manual journal adjustments for Finance BPs (including entries for Cost of sales,Branch losses, Customer complaints & Head Office losses) – and update the required systems accordingly (eg. SAP, PMM)Upload all verified stock onto PMMWork alongside the Stock teams to ensure all month end and year end processes are accurate and completed as per the agreed timelines and guidelinesAssist/ Perform UAT for all relevant system implementations.Qualifications And ExperienceGrade 12Diploma or equivalent certification in Finance/Accounting/Systems2-3 years admin experienceStock tracking/ claims experience- AdvantageousSkillsReconciliation and Analysis Accounting and Reporting Auditing Cash Management Financial Risk Management Excellent project management skills Strong business communication skills with anability to work well in a collaborative environment with senior executives Ability to draftcommentary, analyse information to establish key messages, presentinformation both visually and written BehavioursDemonstrated knowledge of and skill in adaptability, decision making, interpersonal relations, problem solving, teamwork & written communication Comfortable and effective influencer. You need to be flexible as the environment is very dynamic and priorities can change.
