Our Talent Team is looking for someone who is brilliant at the basics to fill the role of Stock Allocations Planner to join our Spreads Division.The purpose of this role is to liaise closely with CD, Planning and Vector teams to ensure customer service is achieved and efficiencies continuously improved.
To manage the operational customer relationship including service and delivery related queries.
To coordinate flawless execution and delivery of key promotional events and to establish and maintain Customer DC relationships.Duties & ResponsibilitiesDaily execution of stock allocations for orders to be delivered in the next 2 week time horizon – this includes weekend order releases.Work closely with the Supply Planner, Distribution Requirement Planner and the Customer Service Excellence controller to ensure service optimization.Liaise with Customer team or nominated representatives should there be a stock shortage.Provides significant value-added benefits to the customers in both Modern trade and General trade channel at minimum cost.Deliver short term objectives against targets and workplans.Be involved in improvement activities to drive KPI performance.Supports delivering the expected Service metrics for key events.Coordinate across customers (both promotions & stock).Creating and deploying collaborative projects with customers.Daily KVI report.AccountabilitiesMaximizing key service metrics (Service).Collaborative planning with customers and integrating within the broader planning team.Conduct weekly Export Meetings with the Key customer and ensure service obligations are met.
This is part of Supply Planner Role as lead; Stock Allocation planner should attend to ensure open communication.Developing strategic improvement plans to increase service and/or decrease costs.Minimum RequirementsUndergraduate Degree required.Supply Chain experience, ideally exposure to planning.
Competent in Excel skills.Excellent communication Skills.FMCG experience.Display competence with Computer applications such as Microsoft Office web-based tools.Working knowledge of SAP and Business Intelligence programs.Stock management.Experience in continuous improvement activities.2 years of Supply Chain, Logistics or Business experience is preferred.Project management skills.
