Full job descriptionThe Nurture Health Group requires a Stock Admin Support who will be based at Nurture Beacon Bay physical rehabilitation facility in East London reporting to the Rehab Care Leader (Unit Manager).
Minimum Salary: R11 026.97 Cost to Company
REQUIREMENTS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS/TRAINING Qualification or proof of active study towards an Office Administration qualification or Pharmacy Assistant qualificationMust be computer literate and able to work with healthcare systemsStrong administration and organisational skillsSkilled with Microsoft Excel (SUM / AVERAGE / MIN / MAX / Sorting data etc.)Experience in a healthcare / Doctor's practice with claims submissions, billing codes, and general administrative duties to the group practice/Doctor will be advantageousDisplays a proven record of working across administration rolesCapture script details accurately and verify patient's details on the system.Ensure accurate picking / packing / labelling and checking of medication and consumables.Keep abreast of changes in medical aid procedures and requirements for claims and dispensing.Understand the impact of accurate use of nappi codes when billing stock.Work closely with the nursing and case management teams.Report on low - / out of stock levels and stock errors and manage them effectively.Complete weekly stock cycle counts, and quarterly full stock takes.Attention to detail and comfortable with numerical information.KEY COMPETENCIES Analysis & decision makingSafety and QualityKEY BEHAVIOURS Respect for every individual & create value for customerWillingness to work within a continuous improvement environmentSeek perfection & embrace scientific thinkingAssure quality at source & think systematically
