Key requirement A good track record specializing in the marketing of hardwearing and high strength structural steel merchant plates as well as carbon steels (S355JR-AR) Must have a thorough knowledge of the above-mentioned steel types and their respective applications Some experience in the cut to size market Advantage to have a client base MS Office Suite Be in the position to be away from home for prolonged period of time if required Self disciplined Excellent communication skills Key responsibility Identify opportunities to improve sales performance Monitor market conditions in relation to competitors Build strong and successful relationships with clients Ability to seek out new opportunities and develop relationships to achieve business outcomes
