Role Purpose The Station Manager is responsible for driving all activities related to operations.
Furthermore, the role is responsible for ensuring compliance as per global best practices stipulated by client airlines, ISAGO, ICAO and other local regulatory and government agencies.
What You Will Be Doing Manage ground handling and cargo operations to ensure on-time performance with strict adherence to all relevant statutory regulations and requirements.
Develop and embed a safety culture in all cargo, ramp and passenger handling activities and ensure delivery of quality customer services for all client airlines.
Analyse operational discrepancies and ensure comprehensive and appropriate resolution.
Plan and ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLA) in all operational areas for catering to operational variations.
Ensure implementation of technology and systems, as applicable, to improve efficiencies in cost, productivity, and customer service.
Establish and maintain excellent relationships with client airlines, immigration, customs, DGCA, airport and other regulatory authority, as required, to ensure superior customer service.
Manage budget and P&L activities for the station.
Safety, Security, Wellbeing and Compliance: You will have a responsibility and duty whilst at work to take reasonable care of the health, safety and wellbeing of yourself and others in accordance with provided information, training, and workplace health and safety rules or procedures.

What We Are Looking For Bachelor's Degree or related field, MBA preferred.
Minimum of 5-8 years' aviation operations experience in a management role.
Effective communication, interpersonal skills and timely decision making.
Leadership as well as team-building skills along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent oral and written English communication skills and local language as indicated.
Excellent knowledge of ground operations management, vendor relationship management, procurement, and local regulations.
