Key Performance Output
The successful candidate will be reporting to Stakeholder Relations Specialist and will be responsible for the following:
Conduct an integrated Stakeholder Relations and partnership management approach, using standard tools and practices to provide aligned interactions with all Stakeholders.
Support the development of Stakeholder Relations and Partnership Strategies to guide ACSA overall engagements in line with Organisational strategies.
Support the development of stakeholder and partnership management engagement policies and procedures.
Provide support for development and implementation of partnership engagement matrix measurement mechanism.
Develop a monthly gap analysis and assist the Stakeholder management specialist to develop action plans.
Consolidate the collective stakeholder engagement plan and manage the implementation thereof.
Consolidate quarterly engagement reports to be tabled at various governance structures.
Support in implementing Stakeholder Relations Strategy to guide ACSA wide engagements.
Identify areas of collaboration around stakeholder engagements to maximize outcomes for the business.
Track and report progress of forum outcomes and define rules of engagement and practices for forums.
Provide administrative support for the implementation of stakeholder communication plans and platforms such as the Stakeholder Newsletter and quarterly communiques.
Track and monitor expenditure as per allocated budget.
Assist with management of the divisional forecasting and budget administration.
Technical Skills and Experience
The following skills and experience or the equivalent will be required:
A National Diploma (3 years – 360 credits NQF 6) in Public Relations/Communication/Marketing is essential.
4 to 5 years operational experience in stakeholder management or Communication is essential.
Microsoft Office at advanced level.
Code B; Motor vehicle licence is essential.

Shortlisted candidates will be required to provide proof of their qualifications, NQF level and credits, and must be eligible for Top Security Clearance within 3 months of appointment.
