Key Responsibilities:Customer Delivery Coordination: Oversee the coordination of timely and efficient customer deliveries.Administrative Management: Ensure that all administrative functions are managed effectively and accurately.Team Leadership: Inspire, guide, and develop a team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.Forklift Maintenance: Ensure forklifts are ready for operation by checking oil, water, and mechanical components.Attendance Management: Monitor and manage staff attendance to ensure smooth yard operations.Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional customer service, assisting clients who drive into the yard.Legal Compliance: Ensure the business operates in full compliance with relevant laws and regulations.Reporting: Report any discrepancies or issues to management immediately.Roster Management: Maintain and manage staff rosters, especially for weekends and public holidays.Stock Management: Oversee effective and accurate stock management to maintain optimal yard operations.Physical Inspections: Conduct physical checks of stock and vehicles leaving the yard to ensure accuracy and safety.Company Culture: Uphold and promote the companys values and culture, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.Preferred Candidate Requirements:At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.A Technical qualification or Diploma is preferred.Basic computer skills are required.Knowledge of relevant systems is an advantage.If you're an enthusiastic and capable leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, apply now to take the next step in your career with our client!
