Duties:Provide exemplary customer service through product showcasing and overseeing staff operations.Schedule and delegate tasks to employees, while monitoring their performance.Ensure efficient store operations.Maintain accurate bank balances and conduct cash-ups.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.Establish strong customer relationships and enforce company policies and procedures.Address customer concerns both in-store and over the phone.Foster collaboration with various departments within the group.Experience and Skills:5 years of previous retail management experience will be advantageous.Proficient experience in MS Office is essential.Sage Evolution experience will be advantageous.Grade 12/MatricRetail: 5 years (Required)
