Job Responsibilities: Administer day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.Ensure timely and effective management of employee performance, including conducting performance reviews, tracking employee development, and providing coaching as needed.Support HR policies and initiatives that promote employee engagement, retention, and overall workplace satisfaction.Act as a liaison between management and employees in matters of workplace relations, resolving disputes, grievances, and conflicts in a fair and effective manner.Support management in negotiations with trade unions, employee representatives, or other worker groupsEnsure compliance with labor laws, collective agreements, and internal company policies related to employee rights, working conditions, and dispute resolution.Investigate and address any workplace issues related to misconduct, disciplinary action, or violations of company policies.Job Requirements: National Diploma/ Bachelors degree in Human Resources3-5 Years of experience in HR Knowledge of labor laws, industrial relations practices, EE and BEEExperience working with NUMSA
