The role also requires participation in training, mentoring apprentices, managing Health and Safety compliance, and promoting a productive, positive working environment.Additionally, responsibilities include managing breakdowns professionally, maintaining company tools and assets, and ensuring effective communication with the workshop manager.Requirements:Matric or higherDiesel Trade qualificationMinimum 3 years experience in a similar roleCode 14 license with PDPElectrical experience is advantageousAttributes:Physically fit, proactive, and confidentStrong attention to detail and communication skillsTechnical expertise with good documentation skills
