About the Role: As a key member of our leadership team, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic financial plans, ensuring effective financial management, and providing critical financial insights to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies and plans.Manage and oversee the finance team, providing guidance and support as needed.Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.Collaborate with senior leadership to drive business growth and profitability. Requirements: Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent qualification.Minimum 8 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a similar role.Exceptional leadership and communication skills.Proven track record of driving business growth and profitability.Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
