Key Responsibilities:Lead Refurbishment Projects: Manage and resolve issues in all production areas to ensure seamless workflow and prevent delays.Collaborate for Success: Work closely with various departments including Engineering, Production, and Sales to develop and implement solutions for continuous improvements.Lead Crucial Meetings: Drive Pre-Production and Checkpoint meetings to ensure every stage of production is optimized and aligned with quality standards.Master the Tank Container Process: Leverage your knowledge of the manufacturing and refurbishment of tank containers to make an immediate impact.Analyze and Interpret Technical Documentation: Utilize your technical expertise to ensure high-quality execution on all projects.Essential Requirements:Qualified Artisan (e.g., Boilermaker) with at least 5 years of manufacturing experience.Experience with Tank Containers, industry regulations, and operations is highly beneficial.Excellent communication, problem-solving, project management, and collaboration skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office to manage tasks efficiently and effectively.Willingness to work at heights, in confined spaces, and commit to overtime and shift work as required.This is your chance to make a real impact in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.
