Staff Nurse

Job Description:We are seeking a dedicated and caring Staff Nurse to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential nursing care to our elderly residents, ensuring their health and well-being while maintaining a safe and comfortable environment. Key Responsibilities:Administer medication and monitor residents' health conditionsAssist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobilityCollaborate with doctors, caregivers, and families to create and implement care plnsProvide emotional support and companionship to residentsMaintain accurate health records and reportsRespond to medical emergencies and perform first aid when necessary Qualifications:Valid nursing license (RN or EN)Previous experience in elderly care or healthcare is preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent communication in Afrikaans and English Compassionate, patient, and empathetic demeanorAbility to work in a team-oriented environmentFlexible with working shifts ( Day & Night Shift) Benefits:Monthly Salary R12000 13th Cheque Pension
